for that, they can just look at the card. i meant, they might need to keep track of how many people entered with a plat card, how many with PP, etc.

Also, unlike Amex, PP has a paying tier, so they need to have a system in place for billing (and possibly verifying) individual accounts.

The one thing I would be worried about is that on the website they say that the lounges periodically send I to pp what you came to the lounge and how many ppl you brought in with you (so they can bill you). I would be worried that even if you get into the lounge pp will later send you a bill for your entrance because your account was cancelled.

if they try sending u a bill u can claim: does it say anywhere in the t&c that u can't use your card after its cancelled?

but i dont think using an exp card will work to let you in...we need a test run...are there any PP's at LAX? im headed to yvr next week...

Just got my card. It says that its linked to ur plat cc for additional charges ie. Guest.
just logged into my account and it seems tht it IS linked to ur cc, and they have a diff sign in page too bec. on the screen shot it says about changing ur payment details but there is no link to click to actually change it so IMHO when u cancel ur cc they see tht there is no cc on ur PP acount and hence cancel tht too

Guess we'll cancel the card and see!!

Do they swipe the PP in the Dan lounge? (Because the Plat that was linked to it was cancelled)
