They have shopping portal deals that can be 2% Rakuten and way more by others. They also quite frequently have 5%. Off discounts that can sometimes be found on DDMS or in the forums.

Td bank used to give free GC visa cards. But I heard they stopped.

https://www.td.com/us/en/personal-banking/prepaid-cards/gift-card does show that they no longer sell them. Anyways, when they did sell them, they told me I can't pay for them with a credit card, so it was not a good deal for me; I could do better buying from Staples and paying with a card that earns more than the fee.

ETA: Sorry, that deal is for $100 cards, not $10 cards.
