Chase Bank - Getting statements from closed accounts

Hi,

I had a CSR That chase closed down when they closed down half of BP, now i need some information from that credit card.
online it doesn't show up, i tried calling but they say that they have no records of this account.

any help?

So when you get a "your statement is ready" email, download it.  Not the same as automatically coming to your inbox, but possible.
