Not necissarily a guarantee, but this FAQ from visa checkout seems to imply that Mastercard can be used:

If you did it right away good chances you will get it. I did it quick both times and received the GC.

Dan reported that he successfully got $10 for each new card he added and loaded with $10 he says he did it twice and worked for 2 credits of $10...
