Don't put words in her mouth. She never said 95% of Jewish customers return used stuff. This is what she said:

Yes, I know she is lying.
She is claiming her policy of store credit is because Jews return clothing in poor condition way past the return deadline.
I simply don't believe her. Why? Because her return policy clearly states that NO ONE (not even our beloved gentiles) gets a refund of any sort for used or late returns. So she is creating a new version the truth while smearing the community. If she said anything that could be remotely true I would back off.

ETA: I stated this fact about 10x in this thread and not one person has refuted it yet, instead always changing the conversation to some other point. Answer me why she's not a liar without changing the topic.

If she says her business is going under due to these returns I'm gonna believe her over most people here. (She's different than an Amazon seller) If you have great ideas how she could flourish without these new policies then go contact her instead of tearing her apart anonymously online.

You can go out of business from returns and it doesn't mean anyone returned used goods late.
The two aren't mutually exclusive. See the comments about inventory.

So people send back used items and say they are new. Now what? its costs time and money to process those, it costs time and money to ship them back to customers, it costs time and money to argue with customers that the items were used when they claim that they are new.

What part of this doesnt hurt the bottom line?
