What do you do with over a gallon of hot sauce anyway?
By sheer coincidence, I was making our green salad last night and on a whim decided I would sprinkle a few drops of sriracha, since it was sitting next to the vinegar, and I figured, we never use it, so a few drops won't hurt. Nothing came out, so I squeezed a little too hard, and apparently the sauce extruded around the base of the cap....way too much for salad! I was able to mop up excess but salad was still too spicy for DW's taste, but not bad for me. So, I had to laugh at the 5* rating, as I would cut down a star for the cap leakage, or maybe it was just operator error. And who puts sriracha in salad anyway?
