BUT You’ll need to be an Amazon Cloud Drive or Amazon Photos customer—the latter is free for Prime members upload the photos you want to the service prior to selecting your prints.

my suggestion:
If you have your pics on the phone opt for amazon photos
if you have them on the web or computer opt for amazon cloud

After spending hours on Amazon Photos, I've come to the conclusion that it's completely buggy and unreliable.

1 - When I upload 50 pictures to Amazon Drive, it shows only 47 or so. I tried again and again, but it won't be 50.

2 - In order to send to print I have to manually check each picture. "Select All" doesn't work. I tried this many times.

3 - After sending the 47 to print, it shows 44 or so. I tried again and again, but it won't be 47.

Very frustrating.
