Phantom 4 Battery Operating Temperature:   14° to 104° F ( -10° to 40° C )
Mavic Pro Battery Operating Temperature:   41° to 104° F ( 5° to 40° C )

Ouch. Of course you can use them in lower temperatures, as long as you keep the batteries warm and them keep the drone in a hover for two minutes or so to warm it up even further, but this huge discrepancy is worrying.

none of those would work when chasing polar bears anyway

What about the Autel?

In between. 32° F - 104° F (0° C - 40° C).

Like the P4, its been pushed far lower.

Deal of the year, only 20,000 GBP! Taking advantage of the favorable exchange rate, it's a downright bargain at $24345.80.

Rockland county banned drones anywhere other then on your own property, or municipality parks with municipalities permission in writing, so it kinda sucks as I really wanted the Phantom Drone.

Firstly, link?
Secondly, it's illegal. The FAA is the only one who could regular airspace, end of story. Municipalities who tried to ban drones all got shot down by the FAA and the courts.

I tried getting permission in Rockland county, so I went to the town and they sent me to the police department who sent me to the sherrif that told me that it's not allowed and I won't get permission.

For those still considering a Karma (Don't ask me why...) , here is a comparison without GoPro oversight.

Very long and detailed, but the intro tells you what you need to know.

Apparently the first 400 ft is owned by the municipality, so I guess over 400 ft they can't regulate....
