My Mavic is on it's way back to DJI :(

Camera stopped transmitting an image a quarter of the way into my trip.  Sucks.

Any options if a area is marked red, and the drone won't take off?

That's a dji issue, they won't allow you to take off in restricted space. You also don't want to by mistake fly into restricted space as the drone may just land wherever it is.

Just got a drone,

And also just crashed it.

Not my fault, I landed using the come home button, and it landed 10 feet from the takeoff spot, and into a car.

How's solo's CS?

You need to watch where it lands! You could over ride it if you need to at any time!

Which model did you get?

3dr solo. It shifted over at last second. Was not well versed in drone flying so didn't know what to do before it crashed. How do I turn it off, because it kept on flailing around while it was broken and didn't turn off.

The thing said I needed 1-2 meters between objects, which I gave it.

Hopefully they send me new propellers for free. I said that's all I can see broken now besides scratches (and that I need a psychiatrist for trama)

Rule of thumb, if you have to rely on RTH to get drone to come back, you should not be flying anywhere out of direct line of site (not that you're legally allowed to do that anyway). First master close flight. RTH is for emergencies and the lazy...

It was within line of site. RTH is the simplest way for a beginner to land.

May be the simplest, but it should not be relied upon, as you found out.
