Can one claim baggage insurance on broken luggage with Amex if they already did so with the airline as well? Is that allowed in the T and C's from Amex?
To revive an old thread…Left an portable battery pack on the plane. Filed a claim, and got reimbursed the replacement price, even though it was higher than the original price. Entire process about two weeks.
