It's not that far from other lowest prices, so definitely not a PM, with Amazon being 20% lower than others is normal

But even the $120-130 "regular" price is cheap for three hard spinners, the Delsey set I've been considering is $325 on Amazon.

I believe because the USD is so much stronger than China's RMB
and these are public molds today or molds which are paid for which lowers the manufacturing cost as well compare to initial Mold cost.

You will be able to determine quality only by the wheels or handle when pulling up or down stairs

And zipper when tested by packing to its gills

SHIPPING cost the most... that's why when you buy the 2 or 3 pack you ALWAYS see them packed inside of each other.
