I had a flight with them in Feb from WAW - TLV that was canceled.
Took them 4 weeks to reply to my email, they are only refunding me the cost for hotel and car.
Look what I wrote to them:
The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Tui & others v CAA confirmed the applicability of compensation for delay as set out in the Sturgeon case. As such, I am seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for this delayed flight.
Our scheduled flight length was 2507 kilometres – [see here if you need to check flight length http://gc.kls2.com/], therefore I am seeking €400 per delayed passenger in my party. (Because it's more then 1500km but less than 3500km).
The total compensation sought is €2,000.
Anyone have experience taking them to court?
