It is the AC68U but running T-Mobile firmware.

There is a massive thread on Slickdeals detailing the differences and how to flash stock ASUS firmware or custom firmware if necessary.

I bought it a few weeks ago and it's a great router.

Tmobile gave this for free last year if you claimed you needed better service. Not sure if still possible

But usually only works for businesses

Also they claim they will I'll you if you cancel your contract early etc.
