I sent the form in in February 10, and I just got an email informing me that I got silver status for 4 months. Seems that this challenge is still alive.

According to this post it took around 5 days for that offer.

How is it a different offer, besides the fact that it's back again now? They gave Silver status for filling out a form for 4 months. It took a few days.

got it last year and flew air berlin nyc-tlv. got lounge access and extra baggage. last year you had to fill out a form in german by hand. this time seems to be easier.
