Looking for Jewish Organization who takes clothes

Ok i wasn't quite sure how to word that heading! Basically, i always have tons of clothes to give away and i end up just putting them by Salvation Army drop boxes. i would love to give it to Jewish people who can get great use out of them. does anyone know of any Jewish organizations who would take it? ny/nj area? (CH would be best, but anywhere near there is ok too)
Or if it is worth it for them I can ship it anywhere if they are willing to give me pre-paid labels!

PS i know this isn't really what this forum is about but i thought id give it a try...a mitzvah is a mitzvah

I have stuff to give away too - not clothes, but diabetes monitors and other stuff - and would prefer to give them to fellow Jews.  Any ideas?
