Issues with Google Express

I signed up for a free trail of google express a few months ago. Finally decided to try it. 3 days later my order has still not arrived. They did give me some shopping credits but its a bit frustrating knowing that the service is not reliable. Anybody have the same experience?

I've had mostly good experience.

While I can understand why they wouldn't sell perishable items from Costco, it's annoying that not all non-perishables are available (for example tasters choice coffee).

OTOH they do pack things much better than amazon does.

It's kind of ridiculous how good the packaging is, I get a box with each item individually wrapped inside another box with wrapping paper.

I was able to order tasters choice. Must depend on location. Im hoping they add water bottles, that'll make them invaluable and with out a doubt worth the annual fee.

I wanted to order some Poland Springs water before sukkos,and was disappointed to find out that I will have to go out and get it myself. If I could order those from Costco to be delivered at no extra charge, that would be a game changer.

I get two to three google express deliveries a day (word to the wise, don't let your wife put the app on her phone really smooth with the exception of clothing from target, which they cancel 50% of the time. I get water bottles (and everything else) from Costco, including CBTL gift cards with a 20% discount.
they did perishables for a few months, it was a PITN because anything from a store that offered perishables had a higher minimum. It's no longer offered.

Sorry I misunderstood.  I've found that via email they're quick and excellent,  and accommodating. Never tried any other way

I never got into Jet, after a few orders so cant compare pricing. Jets packaging is better. Googles cs is great so far very quick to respond and give out $5 credits like candy.
I mainly use google express to save me trips to costco which not only saves me time and schlepping but also saves me money. No impulse purchase.
