That wouldn't be fair (from a sequential standpoint).
If anything, a mass cleanup of never active members (maybe everything from before 2016) and then freshly allocating a new Active User ID field to everybody (that's ever posted) active would get AsherO #8.
Some ideas:
The cleanup should be a flag suspension instead of mass deletion (to not mess with the core DB records).
The Active User ID field could be a liquid variable instead of static, so if any of the suspended accounts decide to come back online (after all these years) they should still get their ID # (based off original signup time).
