OBI 200 Caller ID Name

I have the OBI 200 for a long while set up with google voice and till now I got caller id name & number for all the incoming calls of all my google contacts and I was very happy with the OBI idea, lately I have changed my SP1 for an hour (to be able to fax out a document from a different number). When I have placed back my SP1 to the number I had there before I stopped getting the name for my incoming calls even though I  them in my google contact.

How could I get it set up back like before to get also the names?

P.S. I never had OBI extras

First of all there is an OBI thread and no need to open a new one.

You can open a free CallCentric account just for incoming calls and make the GV account to FWD to that number, set up your OBI account that outgoing calls should route thru GV and incoming should route to CallCentric, simple enough?

I using it very simple, i'm not so familiar with all in's and out's in the OBI family... so therefore I need more explanation

1. what is OBI thread?

2. About opening a CallCentric account and to set it up, can you please provide me with some more info for it, or a link where I can read more on how to get it done...

Also what is the problem to begin with, why did I stopped seeing the names? Why can't I get it back normal like before I made the change explained before?

not sure what you are talking about, but I never had names on my CID with GC

Did someone else set up your Obi? Maybe it was set up with Simonics.com?

You have everyone here dumbfounded. I am unaware of anyone (prior to you) who got CID name on straight GV/Obi.
