Regardless of whether JPM PC is a thing (pretty sure you're confused regarding the relationship between JPM PB and JPM "PC"), you should have been able to tell from the post quoted by ckmk47 that one needs to be a client of the PB to get the JPMR, notwithstanding a capital "C."

Trust me, i am 100% sure it is a thing and can show you next time I see you. The quoted post was contrasting with CPC, not JPM PC. The closest you got to mentioning JPM PC is when you spoke about JPM PB Client.

JPM PC are simply clients of of JPM PB, and they are eligible for JPMR.

So, again, the quoted post correctly states the requirements for JPMR.

I signed into my chase account today, and in the upper right hand corner is now says "J.P.Morgan" instead of "chase" and when I log out, im at the JPMorgan cite - which is brown.

anyone else have this today? does anyone know what it means?

yes, but not at a big law firm. My firm has not relationship with Chase - I know my brother-in-law got CPC at his law firm

The regular branches can't help you, you need a JPM PB branch. Look for a section on your banking profile called connect with JPM, see if there is a bankers email or phone number listed there, if yes, call or email and ask for an JPM Reserve application.
