I'm quite new here but I'm in mid of joining a amazon prime group with few members, APoshiterYid, otj287 and some others so maybe ask them if I'm reliable....

That's a refurb. Meaning that it was broken and they fixed. This works 100% fine. No tax.

Its not referring to the phone service, cuz the ipad has no phone, but if u read further it says it has the apple warranty, and it will start when u register the ipad.
