Best online file storage for business

I'm looking for an online file storage service for a business. Need to be able to map it to windows explorer... not just login from a browser.  Whats the best option?

Also is it possible to have a service where some employees are only able to access the files from within the office/or their work machines, but not login online?

Have "IT" set it up on their computers and don't give them the passwords.

What exactly do you mean by indexing? It does OCR on PDFs if that's what you want.

File and store based on parameters so it will be easy to find at a later time.

You can place each note into any Notebook you choose, and can also add Tags.

I am taking about an efficient process of scanning lots and lots of docs. Having the software OCR and then "file" the doc based and preset parameters.

I see - then you probably need something more sophisticated than Evernote.
