I've heard a rumor that the suppliers specifically don't allow costco to sell their products at the brick/lakewood  location
i could hear that but other suppliers would step in.

Don't be so sure.

Depending on the item, selling to big stores like Costco or Walmart might be very challenging to turn a profit.

I once heard from a person who was in a certain fashion business, that when someone told him that he could get him into Walmart, he said he'd rather pay $100,000 up front in order not to get in, than have to deal with them for a whole year and record an even greater loss.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

What good is the Wiki if every location is different?

These products you could look out for.

Much easier to look out for something you know then check each product to see if it's kosher.

You mean to look in the kosher section? You could find everything there without the list as well by going into that section.

Why would they say that more for the Lakewood location than Monsey or Brooklyn?

Ungars frozen Gefilte fish is found in Brooklyn and Rego Park Costco (though too much bread filler in it IMHO - I sometimes wonder what the proper brocho on it is).
In ULY there was a sign to make a mezonos on their meatballs ::)
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

No idea & I'm not saying it's true although it's very weird the Costco in Manalapan has more kosher items then costco in lakewood

Many years ago a friend took me to the back of a pizza store while the Falafel mix was being made. The main ingredient (as in quantity wise) in the mix was.... bread.

So they can sell it at a higher price to the Jewish stores.

Beware of the ground beef. I forget the company, but it's Hebrew Lettering and only has a Triangle K (Not glatt).
Seen over the past few months in North Miami

Some Costcos have Kosher-Dairy (non-CY) bakeries. They are very popular, including their cheesecakes and birthday cakes.
+1
Monsey
North Miami

Although as the bread is dairy it does not have a hechsher. (North Miami)

The Costco in NW London stocks a lot of OU dried goods (imported I guess from the US) plus UK made viennas, smoked salmon, felafel etc. Also has fresh challah (KLBD) plus cinnamon and chocolate pastries (CRC)

does London Costco work with the same membership?
