Im using http://followthatpage.com/ now which sends me an email whenever anything changes. I like it much better than than the feedburner which only sends me an email once a day

I used to get an email of all new posts in the morning, but that hasnt been coming for a week or so.

Unfortunately it seems that 4Info has stopped their shortcode program. But you can use Twitter to receive alerts on your cellphone

They have an option of daily run with max 100 runs per day and an hourly run with max 1 run per hour.
From experience which one sends faster updates?

I highly doubt that. Most people who frequent the site often probably just click on the link on top to view "unread posts". I think it is definitely something many people would be interested in!
