I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times, but..."Is there a legal way to pay a credit card bill with a different credit card?"
Balance Transfer. Lots of cards give you that option.
You're not paying the bill, you are just transferring your balance to another card

What about using Square? (Assuming I'm not paying transaction fees...) is that legal?
If they catch on, they can freeze your funds and shut you down (it's probably against the T&C's).
