Best International Dual Sim (Active) Android

Hi

Looking for a phone to use primarily for Around the world travels, will need:

• dual sim that both sims can work at once, this is called DUAL SIM ACTIVE (Vs. most phones are Dual Sim standby
• have all LTE bands for europe, israel

So far the only one i could find is the Asus - ZenFone 3 Deluxe ZS550KL $379-399


Any other suggestions?

I have a Oneplus 2, and can actively use both sims. Not sure about the LTE out of country though.

Some Huawei Mate 8 models seem to have the right bands but on GSMarena it specifies it's dual sim stand-by only not active

Also what's the average price for this model? Cheapest on eBay is $356.77 not that much cheaper than the ZenFone is it a better phone?

What do you mean by actively using both sims, can you recieve calls on both sims at the same time?
