I'm not an Apple user myself, but form what I understand you're Windows specs become meaningless once your system starts slowing down, as opposed to Apple, it never slows down and no virus can attack it.
For some reason Apple users say they can never go back to Windows...

Specs can't become meaningless, that's a meaningless statement.

My systems also don't slow down. Just uncheck everything under msconfig>startup and it should be quick as can be.
And Kaspersky can be had free after rebate.

I would like really good Specs .Very fast etc. good memory. I dont play games (dont have time for that!) But I would like strong a strong fast computer.
Can anyone help?
Dan posts cheap laptop deals ,that after you upgrade you can get a really good computer for a reasonable price -I am looking for such adeal for a desktop.
