JL adds JFK-HND route, increases capacity/adds F on other routes to US

JL is stepping up the capacity across to JFK and bringing F.

First is a new JFK-HND route.  It will be serviced with 777-300's with 4 class configuration.

Second, they are changing the JFK-NRT service to a 777-300 with 4 class configuration, but switching from 2 flights/day to 1.

Also changes to the HNL routes.

They are supposed to change the DFW-NRT route to a 777-300 with 4 class configuration but it hasn't materialized so far.
