Yup. system just made multiple reservations and drained my account. CS says call back in half an hour. .their systems are down.

If there is awards availability should it automatically be 5k? Im looking at the north brunswick NJ one but its only showing as 20k.
It would show 5K if available.
Anyone with experience booking someone else with pointbreaks does ihg flag/close your account?
That means that they've met their quota of how many 5k rooms they will allow per day (or they have taken themselves off PB even though it still shows on the list)
Just make sure your name is on the reservation also. Either one of you may check in.

There's one right near Monsey, which might not be obvious because they misspelled "Rockland" as "Dockland"
