united MileagePlus and Leumi Card

Anyone have any experience transferring Leumi card points (from Bank Leumi in Israel) to MileagePlus?

But I wasn't able to find more details on-line.

If you have their best card, it works out to about 1 mile for every $2 spend (75 shekels=10 miles).

Transferring should be straightforward, either calling up or possibly online.

Can't seem to find anyway to enroll in the program on-line.
When I login to my account, the Leumi benefits seem to include only useless (to me) "pinukim".
