Is there any app which determines the best existing credit card (as opposed to suggestions for applications) to utilize for a specific transaction? For example, I would like to input the cards which I currently have, and then the app should figure out which one to use when I'm buying pizza, mouthwash, etc...

I would want something that has all your cards saved and sees your location or Amex offers you have saved etc. and chooses the card for you automatically

Correct...ideally with some GPS functionality that determines the location of the user, and the app should also provide a real time result considering any bonuses being offered for that time period.

I tried the TPG app, and even though it's advertised as having this functionality, it doesn't really work well unfortunately.

While youre at it- it should also save Amex offers and give massages when stressed.
