Without getting too complex, I was raised very healthy which caused me to pursue every avenue of junk food.. years of stomach pains including many nights up on IBS bloating, cramps etc I ended up on a low FODMAPS diet, cut out all dairy, sugar, cut out red meat to twice a week etc.
I realize the kosher diet per see is very limited. I am also limiting myself with my diet. I am looking for proper foods to add like types of Algae (Kelp, Spirulina) and add original based minerals and nutrients, mostly to add to smoothies.
The problem is there is really no good source that I know of to get this info.
Any one here know about this stuff ? also for every 5 supposed health benefits to a item, there are 2 health concerns.. then again the air is polluted too
