IME in places with higher prices I haven't found anything to be the same price

Lately the prices have been higher. Is this the regular store price or sale price? Because it shows it as being on sale for this price

lately GE have been higher than in store for Costco but they have a couple of products on GE on sale now wipes(15.99) and regular Cheerios(4.99) couple with new code awesome deal! be quick

it has been a week since i made an order and they still didn't charge me. is that normal? also i got two identical orders and one was more tax than the other. when i asked them, they said it depends where it ships from. thats crazy

There's a mid-sized Lifetime (or maybe Keter) shed (not full size, good for bikes) in my local Costco (Lawrence) that I want. But it's a huge, heavy box. Is there a way to order it via Google Express?
