Credit card dispute question
« on: January 30, 2017, 10:27:56 PM »
I bought coins from the mint a couple months ago and never received them. I had to file a claim with the mint and I didn't get a response until today that their refunding me. But I already called Amex to take care of it so they made it a disputed charge and refunded me. What do I do now? Will it play out by itself, that the mint will realize that Amex paid me back and they will just not refund me?

The opposite. Amex will eventually realize that you're getting a credit from them. Amex doesn't take money from the mint when it gets disputed...

are you sure about that? Then why do they refund me back $2,600 in the blink of an eye?

I am currently using the internet Filter Service, and having issues with it. After discussing it with them ( and Tag ) they claim to have a newer version not available via the regular download, however they will not allow me to have a trial period of it period.

Can I dispute the charge if it doesn't work properly?
