duty free pesach

I bought a bottle of bourbon in newark duty free last week.
do i need to worry about the duty free shop or the distributer being jewish ( chometz owned on pesach by jew is assur)?

Are you really going to rely on the answer anyone will give you on this forum?
I definitely think such a shailah should be directed to a rov.

By the way, the shailah is for any time of the year, since maybe in 11 months fom now he might still carry chometz items that he owned during this past pesach Vda"l.

By then you can assume that he got a new inventory. I heard that by shavous time you can safetly assume that it is new stock.
Call up a kashrus org. like Star-K or Chof-K I am sure that they have some info about duty free. I once asked a couple of years ago and was told that it is not a problem unless that you know for sure  that it is owned by a jew.
