It looks like they can only be used at Cat 1-5 though.

My wife's account wasn't targeted but look at the URL: https://www.spgpromos.com/selectmemberexclusive19/?action=main.noteligible and it will work. Can change 19-20 as well. Not sure if you can get multiple promotions on the account this way.

I tried multiple configurations and didn't receive anything more then the original offer
