$80 for unlimited data, talk and text on your smartphone
$45 per line for four lines with unlimited data, talk and text on your smartphones and tablets
On all Verizon Unlimited plans you get our fast LTE speeds. To ensure a quality experience for all customers, after 22 GB of data usage on a line during any billing cycle we may prioritize usage behind other customers in the event of network congestion

I wonder what it will cost if I wanna add more than 4 lines .

$20 extra per line/tablet

$20 extra per line/tablet
And it seems like they are getting rid of the 12GB promotion as well.

So I still have the grandfathered plan with 400 minutes and 250 texts although I don't talk or text that much so don't really need more. Should I switch though to this new plan? Per their website

"On all Verizon Unlimited plans you get our fast LTE speeds. To ensure a quality experience for all customers, after 22 GB of data usage on a line during any billing cycle we may prioritize usage behind other customers in the event of network congestion. While we don’t expect to do that very often, network management is a crucial tool that benefits all Verizon customers. If you’re on Verizon Unlimited, you’ll have the same coverage and reliability as everybody else."

But I don't foresee needing more than 20GB per month anyway. Thoughts?

It boils down to what's going to cost you less.

Did anyone change to the new plan? Does it have 2 Year upgrades? And what's the final price after tax and fees?

I pay appx $100 p/m with (NV) taxes currently. I'm just wondering if it's safer to stay with the old plan. No way to know how long this current one will last but they're keeping alive my old plan. Nd I'm not capped at 22GB

It cost me $110 for data and then $20 for access per line. Not sure how they figured it out.

Still debating if it's worth it to give up the free upgrades every 2 years.. With 10 phones on the plan it's easily worth $3000 every 2 years

Yea yea, I know, this isn't the right place.

Says the word "new" twice.

"While the old grandfathered unlimited data plans don’t have any limits, the NEW NEW unlimited plan says that Verizon reserves the right to deprioritize your speed"

Thank you for posting all those details.

One other thing that seems to be different. On my current Verizon Plan (3GB) I get unlimited free international SMS. IINM on the new unlimited plan there's a charge, unless you add some kind of global option.

I also have 25GB promo Verizon Cloud on my current plan, which I would probably lose if I switched plans.
