I signed my sister up a week ago and just called to get matched. they said was same offer when  I signed up for it and I will get the extra 10k when I do the spending...does that make sense? ..I tried getting him to note it on the account and he said already embedded so no point

Just applied for the business card and application was cancelled. I called up to reopen and the rep told me it was cancelled since I applied for a few cards over 2 months ago. He claims he reopened the app but I'm  not seeing it online when I check app status. Is it reopened or DROPR?
