I do agree in some cases, but not all. Many are upstanding good people paying in the same taxes you and I are.

The complaint is that because there are more workers, the price of labor goes down, and they won't do those jobs for that price.

Many Republicans support increased immigration, because it helps businesses (especially big businesses)

Getting a driver's license doesn't mean they pay taxes, the discussion here is if they're a drain on public funds. I can't imagine anyone here illegally that's interested in paying taxes but not interested enough to become a legal citizen...

A green card holder just told me that first 2 years he doesn't pay taxes but still gets benefits. After that he gets to fill out tax return (& get back more than he's paying.)
