Plastic jungle AA Cards

Can anyone help?
I sold them for AA virtual gift cards, which AA have confirmed that have all been retrieved, yet on their site reads "awaiting gift card." Upon contacting them and explaining that this was a virtual gift card, they say that they are only accepting non-virtual cards.
What is that suppose to mean??? they use it and say they are not accepting it.

AA has been cancelling (and refunding) the virtual gift cards when you buy multiple in a day for fraud reasons.

PJ has stopped buying them because people are selling them GCs and then AA cancels them.

This is probably a miscommunication.  Make sure they understand that you are saying that u already sold them the gc's during a time when they were accepting virtual gc's They are a very reliable company. I have personally sold them thousands of dollars in gift cards and never had a problem..

Or check with AA to see if they canceled the GC.

Isaid I don't remember off hand and I'm furious that they took my stuff only to wake up with problems.
