I have an Avis car reserved in Honolulu, but recently saw rentals for $25 cheaper at Dollar and Thrifty. My last experience with Dollar was many years ago because the car was dinged up and dirty. Can anyone share their recent experiences? I've rented form Avis in the past and the shuttle takes you right to your car. Dollar and Thrifty both said they don't do that service but you can sign up to have access to a special line. I just wondered if the lines can get long even for members and also if their lot is much further away than Avis'. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions!
