Don't mean to threadcr@p, but 11% 1-star reviews is worrysome. Their lifetime warrantee is meaningless, most people won't bother saving and shipping a broken $10 umbrella, especially if the quality isn't that hot in the first place.

I used  two similar sized ones (not totes - prob cheaper quality)
I put them in my water bottle holders in my backpack while I was in London

and they served their purpose wonderfully.

Totes charges $5 (plus Tax I think) for S&H on Warranty exchanges. Worthwhile on their better quality models, not so much on the bargain basement disposable ones.

Plus you have to pay to ship it to them.

Technically that means no useful warranty. But agreed.

I have found that the better quality Totes models, such as their 'Blue Line' are worth the extra cost (about $17 and up?). They last 3-4 years, probably 3 times longer than the cheaper ones. And after that, the $5 warranty plus shipping cost to get a new one is about the same as this cheap one.

They don't require the old umbrella anymore. Just the tag from inside and 5 bux for new one
