Someone here mentioned once that if we constantly complain to Amazon about being sent the wrong orders, that one day they might deactivate our account....is this even remotely true or a possibility?

Have gotten so many $5 credits and free Amazon Prime that I should be in the Guantanamo of Amazon accounts

Got the tray today - Here is what i sent them:

Hello I ordered the Carlisle (CT101406) 10" x 14" Cafe Fast Food Tray [Set of 24], waited just about a month for it to arrive, it finally arrived today missing 23 or the 24 trays. I was depending on getting all 24 ....now I only have one. Can you please send me out the remaining 23 trays via free overnight ?


they refunded me the $5.68 right away......a while  later after back and forth ......some jeff bezos name throwing lol......
......(just kidding didnt send that link )

Sandeep: I am sorry but in this case, I can either offer you $10.00 promotional credit or prime membership extension with ONE MONTH.
Me: offer me the $10.00 and i am not happy
Sandeep: Okay in this case I will issue $15.00 promotional credit.
Is that fine/

Bottom Line: Got $15.00 + Free Tray (a waste of time IMO, was not worth it ....they used to really give stuff for messing up, i guess they are changing.
