Blue for Business Question

If you got last week's Blue for Business promotion of 2.3 points per dollar everywhere up to $50,000 within 12 months (plus 3.3 points per dollar on Uber w/in 12 months and 10 points restaurants within 6 months), does that mean that you get an additional 30% points bonus at the end of the year on top of the 2.3% effectively getting (approx.) 3.6% for everyday spending for the year?

First of all, your math is way off. If you were right it would come out to about 3%.
Second of all, it's not 2.3 points per dollar, it's 2 points per dollar. The extra .3 is from the 30% at the end of the year, which is only on the base point.
