I would imagine nothing remarkable.  Things like that have even happened over Iran and all returned home safe and sound.

The fact that this has been granted pretty much says it all, IMHO.  It's a massive policy (and I'm assuming mentality) shift on their part.

Whose scientists have been in Syria and Iran to help them with chemical weapons and nuclear expertise, respectively?
