Citi no longer requiring password when calling (voiceprint)..

I thought this was interesting called citi she didn't ask for account password as they said the system now automatically recognizes my voice , something called  voiceprint.
Just thought I would share..

For when you call you can skip all the security steps! (hoping that's not a breach where others can somehow get access to my account, but someone can always call for you, if it doesn't recognize your voice then all you will do is give your regular security information.
 Let's say one day you have a cold and doesn't recognize your voice?  So there's not much to be worried about and nothing will happen if you call for someone else like usual.
