Citi credit card canceled due to inactivity- reopen
« on: March 12, 2017, 10:19:32 PM »
Citi closed my credit card due to no recent activity. I'm not happy because it was my first and oldest credit card. They mentioned something about requesting to reopen it.

Is it like opening a brand new credit card, or is it reopening a old card and it will keep my old date from 10 years ago?
They do a regular hard pull or just a soft pull?

Thanks

I don't sin, I give myself opportunities to repent.

Anyone here was able to get a citicard reopened?
Is it a hard pull?
Does it go back to the original card year opening date?
