Not the biggest deal, just use a third party app. I was using a 3rd part app for a while.
Doesn't work for Chase.
Does work for Amex tho.

So in that sense, a 3rd party app is better. Thus feature is limited to these specific apps.

Oh, if forgot that it doesn't work for these either way, I used a third party for whatsapp until WA business came around. And the ads on these are a PITA, they have sounds too, that go off automatically if your sound is on

Clear some of the pics/vids if you think that’s the issue.

You don’t actually need to keep everything you ever got..

I don't believe so, but you can turn off auto download, and only manually download the pics you want backed up.

I recently got a new device and was able to format the SD card as internal storage, and store my WhatsApp data, pics and videos on the SD card. It's secure and can't be read in another device unless formatted.

Not sure if this is news, but I never knew this was possible.

They automatically store there? How did you go about that?

1) Yes. The WhatsApp folders are on the SD card
2) once the SD card was formatted to internal storage I was able to transfer it.

Which part? That you can format as internal storage or the WhatsApp part?
My Tapatalk notifications don't always work.

I use WhatsApp on an iPhone that doesn't have cell service. I sent the confirmation text to a dumb phone. Would the same thing work on an iPad?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Ipad works like a computer, you need it to be based of another phone. (WA business may do)
