3360 is about $67 per day per person....
It's possible they'd waive it though...cant hurt to ask.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

If there are only a couple rooms and they range in price from $150-$500, why is the whole island $6k?

The rental of the whole island gets you another large building with many more rooms and beds. I believe it also may include the spa and food.

While this was tongue in cheek I would love to know how difficult it would be to arrange kosher foods there.

The private island is owned by an American (Andy). He has lived there for 10 years and about three years ago they started to do a bed and breakfast. If you contact the island I'm sure they will quickly be able to tell you if they can arrange kosher foods. He goes to great length to get great produce, coffee, and meat. You are better off booking the island with them directly as they will include the boat ride for free that way. Also, if the island is not fully booked I assume they might be more likely to upgrade your room if you book directly.

I highly suggest you contact them for pricing before you try to book it on agoda. Compare the prices to make sure you are getting the best deal.

They own a bed and breakfast in TayTay as well. I cannot stress how amazing it is to go to a private island where they only allow a few guests at a time. If you are lucky like us.. you may be the only guests on the island for a few days depending on the season. The beach is really nice, but the reef is out of this world. No need to scuba. Exploring the island in the day is a lot of fun. You could probably run around naked and there really would not be one person who would see you... haha

We haven't done the Maldives, but there is just something about being on an island that has a lot of privacy. You can hire their boat to take you to some near by deserted islands. You will never be board, but if you want to be the type to just relax the spa is extremely affordable. We also never went hungry as their were amazing homemade snacks. I think I mentioned this, but also the wifi is unbelievably fast for a secluded island.

What a beautiful island and great scenery pics. What's your camera of choice ?

I think for this trip I used a Sony RX 100IV and the Sony 4K action camera. I eventually ditched the RX100 IV for the V and then upgraded to the 2016 Sony 4K action camera. I'm slowly working on my next set of travel videos from Peru, St. Lucia, and Barbados.

Personally I like the Sony FDR-X3000 4K Action Cam more than the GoPro due to its optical stabilization (Gopro's is digital). The image IMO is superior than what the GoPro produces. I also like that my Sony RX 100 V uses the same battery, and the app for the Sony (it can be used for both cameras).  The major downside is that the Sony does not have an attached preview screen. Most of the time I didn't even need the preview screen as I would just you my phone. Typically when you are snorkeling you don't really need the preview screen. I've taken tons of footage and it all looked great without needed the aid of the preview screen.
