Any recommendations for a reliable credit repair company?

Trying to help a friend of mine repair his credit.

He has 2 credit card balances (totaling about 6k including interests and fines) that were already transferred to collection agencies and killed his credit.

Can anyone recommend a person/company who knows:

A. How to negotiate/fight with credit card companies and collection agencies on balances that were already transferred to collection companies
B. how to rapidly build his credit once those negative items are removed from his account.

I searched credit repair and only saw about 4 posts.

I was thinking about looking into working for a credit repair company as a career since I'm good at building other people's credit and enjoy it.

Can you make a parnassah doing this? Are there reputable companies? I live in ny.

Sure. I know of two ppl doing cc repair full time. One of them has a few employees. In Brooklyn.
