I ordered the camera that Dan posted with free 2 day shipping. It was supposed to come today but didn't.. What can I get from them since I couln't "put it under my asheira"?

They gave me a $12 credit towards my next purchase. If you think that I can get more let me know. In the end it seems like it was Amazon's fault. FedEx showed that only shipping info was sent on the 22nd. The actual package only got to them on the 23rd- too late for 2 day shipping to arrive before their holiday.

i once ordered some Tea from amazon. anyway, the day after it was supposed to come i contacted them, and they sent out the order again! (for free)

On my most recent occasion I was told- 2 day shipping from when it ships- it could take a week to ship..

Are there any DP of being banned for complaining too much? I order hundreds of items a year and I do (I think rightfully) complain every time an order comes late, damaged, or is canceled. I usually get either a month Prime extension (which is limited to 12 times per subscription) or $5-10 credit on my next purchase. How much longer will they tolerate me?

Prime was supposed to expire in July, currently set to expire in June thanks to delayed items. Keep it up, Amazon!

IS that only for a yearly subscription? What about a monthly?

I find that Sunday delivery is commonly late

I received many years of free prime for late deliveries but I chatted with Amazon today and they say that they don't offer it anymore "Thanks for that information and I'm sorry about the delays. We actually no longer offer Prime extensions for the delay. Though I can check for other options for you." I checked their delivery policy and I do see that the wording was changed to "refund any shipping charges".

All good things come to an end but at least they offered me $10 for 7 late shipments this week
